All our Limmatt clips are lovingly made in our workshop in Zurich in Switzerland.
1.All orders will be despatched within 2 working days during the peak season.
2.We offer free shipping to worldwide by Swiss post,(note: we don’t deliver to P.O. boxes or parcel pick-up stations).
3.Please note that your order will be shipped from Switzerland and subject to guidelines under your local customs and VAT.

1.If for any reason the item you have ordered from our online shop is not right for you, please return it with packaging, unused, within 30 days from shipping date. Shipping charges are not reimbursed.
2.Please note we do not offer returns or exchanges for Sale items bought in our retail stores.
3.If the product is in any way faulty or does not conform to the order placed, we will gladly refund the purchase price paid, the return shipping cost; any customs, duties and goods taxes (upon proof of payment i.e. a receipt), plus the original shipping costs. Likewise, no good will be taken back if it shows signs of damage or interference, such as- Natural wear and tear- Events out of our control e.g. natural disasters- Signs of improper use- Interference by the customer or a third person- Extreme use or extreme influence by the customer

step3. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original method of payment. We are unable to guarantee the date the refund will credit your bank account as it will depend on your bank or credit card issuer.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All shipments from Garben design to countries outside the Switzerland are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). This means if you order from our site for delivery outside Switzerland , your order may be subject to import duties and taxes that are applied when your delivery reaches the destination.
Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties, taxes and admin fees incurred, therefore we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
